- Responsible for the development of OBIs and Big ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of relevant & memorable brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communciation contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader. 
- Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder, Better innovation & renovation for brands. 
- Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand plans, responable for the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact and priorities PFME and TTS investment of brands. 
- Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers/ shoppers. Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional stragtegy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers 
- Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands 
- Develops Brand Essence and Vision (developed or applied from SBU/GMB) 
- Demonstrates leadership and facilitate development of his/her team 

*Requirements *- Bachelor degree (Emphasis Marketing) 
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing 
- 2 years experience in other function ideally sales 
- Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams 
- Experience in dealing media and advertising agency
